Each volunteer must complete @ least 10 volunteer hours to receive an refund back of the $50.00 paid to the SJC. Lost or unreturned Equipment will forfeit your volunteer refund deposit even if you have completed your 10 hours of volunteer time no exceptions!
The volunteer refunds will be credited back to the parents after the season ending SJC Annual Banquet/Awards Ceremony. This will be paid in check form to the parent who's name is recorded on the receipt taken@ the time of the deposit.
There will be a scheduled date for parents to receive there deposits back to those obligated to receive a refund. It will be your responsibility to call if you can not make the scheduled date for you volunteer refund. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your volunteer refund no exceptions.
