This is our 5th season and we are EXCITED! We have added a new team to our roster, the Tiny Mites for first time players ages 5-7 years. The first day of practice is Monday, July 26, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Reichmuth Park.

The Sacramento Jr. Cougars is focused to help youth 5-15 years of age, achieve athletic and academic success to build skills needed to become a responsible individual to experience the thrill and excitement of being apart of a team. Our focus is teaching our youth dedication to our community, motivation in academics and good sportsmanship. Developing communicational skills and building the moral of our youth is our goal. We are staffed by excellent adult volunteers committed to teaching the fundamentals and skills of youth sports.

This year, we will recognize our Student Athletes at our Annual Awards Banquet. Academic Excellence Awards are awarded to students who maintain a 3.0 G.P.A, focus, study hard and learn.
